Quick Paneer Capsicum Recipe

healthy, full of flavor and really tasty? Try this one!
Ingredients
225gm
Paneer or Cottage cheese
1-inch
ginger grated
2 -pod
garlic grated
¼ -teaspoon
turmeric powder
½-teaspoon
red chili powder (optional)
½-teaspoon
cumin powder
¼-teaspoon
cumin seeds
1-chopped
tomato
2-capsicum
diced
½-teaspoon
kasuri methi (optional)
Salt to taste
1-tablespoon
oil
1-tablespoon
coriander for garnishing
1. Heat
the oil and add cumin seeds
2. Add the
capsicum and sauté for 2/3 mins
3. Add the
ginger, garlic and sauté for 2/3 mins
4. Add turmeric
powder, chili powder, cumin powder and tomato
5. Cook
well
6. Add the
paneer
7. Add salt
8. When
done, add chopped coriander
9. Serve
with rice or roti or even bread
